Most orders arrive within about a week
- Your proof: we send it on WhatsApp within 24 hours. On weekends it can take up to 48 hours. During longer holidays and festivals our artists take time off too, so it may take 1–2 extra days. Thank you for understanding.
- Making: about 2 days after you approve the proof.
- Delivery: 3–4 days with standard delivery, or about 2 days with express.
Most orders reach you within about a week. If you need yours by a special date, message us before you order and we’ll let you know whether we can make it in time.

What kind of photo works best?
A clear, front-facing photo with the face large in the frame and good light. If you forward a photo on WhatsApp it gets compressed — send the original from your gallery instead.
What if it doesn’t look like them?
We send you a digital proof before any wood is cut. If it isn’t right, tell us and we redo it. If you never approve it, you get a full refund.
How long does it take?
Your proof comes on WhatsApp within 24 hours — up to 48 at weekends, and 1–2 days more around festivals. Once you approve, making takes about 2 days, then delivery takes 3–4 days, or about 2 with express. Most orders arrive within about a week.
Do you deliver to my city?
We deliver anywhere in India. We don’t ship outside India yet.
Can I send more than one photo?
Yes — send a few if you aren’t sure. We’ll pick the best one and show you in the proof.
