Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in India. We don't ship outside India yet.

How long it takes

• Your proof: we send it on WhatsApp within 24 hours. On weekends it can take up to 48 hours. During longer holidays and festivals our artists take time off too, so it may take 1–2 extra days. Thank you for understanding.
• Making: about 2 days after you approve the proof.
• Delivery: 3–4 days with standard delivery, or about 2 days with express.

Most orders reach you within about a week. If you need yours by a special date, message us before you order and we'll let you know whether we can make it in time.

What it costs

Standard delivery is free on every order. Express delivery costs extra, and you'll see the price at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

When your piece is on its way, we'll send you the tracking number on WhatsApp, in the same chat as your proof. We work with several courier partners and pick the right one for each order.

A few things to know

Delivery times are our best estimate. Once your parcel is with the courier, delays can happen that we can't control.

Please share an address where someone can receive the parcel. If delivery fails because the address was wrong or nobody was there, we may ask you to cover the cost of sending it again.

If something goes wrong

If your piece arrives damaged or your parcel goes missing, message us on WhatsApp at +91 86690 16002. For damage, please send photos within 48 hours of delivery. Our refund policy explains what happens next.
